Michael Stanfield believes there is no better asset to build wealth than real estate. After an extensive career in the skateboarding industry as a professional videographer & photographer traveling the world for over a decade, Michael has now pivoted his passions from skate to real estate.
A native-born Angeleno, Michael started his real estate journey helping his parents repair their investment properties, giving him a greater understanding of how the rental side of real estate works. Now he has taken a page from their book and is helping clients buy & sell investment properties, while also acquiring, renovating, and managing his own rental properties around the Los Angeles area.
From locating your dream home to finding you profit-generating multi-unit dwellings, Michael draws from his extensive background in construction, property management, and personal investments to expertly serve his clients. His understanding of the rental market, skillful negotiation tactics and investment strategies will also guide first-time buyers in navigating today’s complex real estate market.
Michael still actively travels with his partner, cycles religiously, and loves to nerd out on woodworking and UFC. In his free time, Michael can be found at the dog park with his terrier, Dudley, or enjoying a coffee on his hillside patio.
